Indian Hill water customers are set to shift from quarterly to monthly billing under an ordinance that reached its scheduled third and final reading at the village council's Monday, Sept. 21 meeting.

Water rates will not change, and customers will continue receiving bills the same way, according to a village notice. Customers currently billed in January, April, July and October would receive their final quarterly bill in October 2026 and their first monthly bill in November 2026. Water Works Committee Chair Elizabeth C. Isphording oversaw the item.

The council's consent agenda also included Resolution 15-26, the village's annual tax levy certification to the Hamilton County Auditor. The resolution accepts levy amounts and rates set by the Hamilton County Budget Commission, as required under Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.34. Specific mill rates were not listed in the published agenda.

Council issued a proclamation honoring Cincinnati Country Day School's 100th anniversary.

Meeting minutes confirming final votes had not been published as of Sept. 24. The seven-member council is led by Mayor Richard J. Hidy.
