Indian Hill will hold trick-or-treat on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m., according to the village's website.
Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, so trick-or-treat won't conflict with a school night.
Indian Hill is the only east-side village to have posted its 2026 hours as of Oct. 6. Madeira, Mariemont, Terrace Park and Sycamore Township had not announced their schedules by that date. All four held trick-or-treat on Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. in 2025, according to trick-or-treat tracker FrightMaps.
FrightMaps, which compiles schedules from town, police and county announcements across the state, reported that 292 of 753 Ohio communities had posted their 2026 hours as of Oct. 6. For towns that have not yet announced, the site displays last year's times as placeholders until official schedules are released.
WLWT reporter Matthew Dietz published a Cincinnati-area trick-or-treat roundup on Wednesday, Oct. 7, listing Indian Hill among dozens of communities across the region that have confirmed Oct. 31 hours. The station's list is still growing and invites residents to email additions.
Residents in Madeira, Mariemont, Terrace Park and Sycamore Township should check their village or township websites and social media pages for official announcements in the coming weeks.
