Sycamore Township's Board of Zoning Appeals will hear a property owner's appeal involving 7519 Montgomery Road when it meets Wednesday, Sept. 23.

The hearing is the only case on the BZA's September agenda. Abel Gustafson filed the appeal, designated Case BZA-2026-9, according to the township's public legal notice. The notice classifies the request as an "Appeal," but the specific zoning decision Gustafson is challenging has not been publicly detailed.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Sycamore Township Administration Building, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236. The township posted notice of the hearing on its @SycamoreTwp X account on Thursday, Sept. 3.

Residents can review the application through the Planning and Zoning Department at (513) 792-7250 or visit the office at 8540 Kenwood Road, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The submission deadline for the September meeting was Aug. 28, but residents can still attend the Sept. 23 hearing in person.

The next BZA meeting falls on Wednesday, Oct. 28, according to the township's 2026 BZA schedule. The submission deadline for that meeting is Friday, Sept. 18, at 3 p.m.
